Our founder, Tom Turner, has been in the water business for over 30 years and Mountain Filtration has existed for 20 of those 30 years.  Tom learned the definition of good service years ago, and it is as important to him now as it was then.  We really do take care of our customers, not only with fair prices and prompt delivery, but by being available to give or get answers to your tough questions, even if the answer is "that is not possible".  Our website may be electronic, but once you look at it, and need to go a step farther, you will talk to one of our knowledgeable staff.  Yes, a real person will answer Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.  E-mail is answered at any hour.
